Assign
students to meet school buses as they arrive on the campus.
Student
escorts the Director to
"sign in" area.
Student escorts Band off bus
to assigned practice area. At
Band call time, student will escort Band to and
from performance
field.
Students appropriately dressed and courteous at all times.

Parking -
Jason Hetrick (need volunteers)
Direct arriving buses,
support vehicles and staff to parking area.
Have
flashlight for directing traffic. Keep Host/Hostess Chairpersons aware of arriving schools so they
may
dispatch students assigned to escort them.

Security -
Bernie Escalera (need volunteers)
Control entry to
performance area and into stadium. Watch
gates, check hand stamps/wristbands. Admit paying public
and participants only. Control traffic
into the stands by not
permitting traffic during performances
(spectators are
kept at ground level while a Band is performing). If there are any
altercations please report only, do not attempt to interact.

Program

Compiles "Holiday Classic" Ads
& Performance
Line-ups. Prepares Program
to
take to printer.

Hospitality - Debra Stapleton (need
volunteers)
Will
be located on visitor side of stadium. Organize obtaining food to be served
ONLY
to the Band Directors,
their aides, and Judges. The students will
assist in the set-up and serving. Students return after they perform to clean up.

Judge Runners
- Virginia
Olivas
Organize students to
provide assistance ONLY to the Judges. Students will be
stationed at/near the press box. Students return after
they perform to clean up.
They will run errands
for the Judges as needed.

Program Sales - Alice Novelich (need volunteers)
A table or
the "Doghouse" will be used for the sale of Programs.
Adults
keep track of monies and programs issued to students. Sell
Programs to incoming patrons.
Students will take programs to the bleachers to be sold.
Adults
collect the money and any unsold programs.

Ticket Sales
- Arlene LeGaspe (need volunteers)
Set up at main
gate entrance. Be
here half-hour before gates open.
Adults
sell tickets/wristbands to those entering stadium. Students will
stamp hands
or check wristbands. Students will check hand stamps/wristbands
for re-entry of guests
that have left and want to come back inside stadium.

Snack Bar -
Sandra Cruz & Jeanette Luna (need volunteers)
Both
snack bars on Home side will be open. Prepare and sell food
items (Normal snack bar duties). Needs
most volunteers & Need
people to BBQ. WCHS students will use
their meal tickets at Snack Bar not Hospitality
(meal is hot dog or hamburger, chips & drink). Students will return
after their performance
(Students are dismissed one hour before their scheduled
performance)

Flowers -
need volunteers (may
or may not be available)
Flower donations will
be solicited from area Florists or vendors. The flowers
will be
sold by BPA parents.

First Aid -
Maria Castaneda
Care for
minor injuries. Determine if emergency personnel are needed
(call if required).
Reports on all medical/first aid need to be taken.
